A new building for a private school. The roof was felted with a breathable membrane, then battened. 19 Velux windows were installed onto both sides of the roof. A valley between between the two slate roofs was insulated, after which a single ply membrane, EPDM was installed. Composite slates covered the roof, finished with a dry verge system and a monoridge at the top.
