UPVC black kerb and gutter drip trim
The existing torch on felt roof covering was removed, as it had been leaking severely under the felt flashings. 18mm OSB3 was installed over the joists to provide a flat surface to adhere the rubber too. 1.5mm EPDM rubber was glued to the timber roof deck. A black UPVC kerb trim was pinned around the perimeter of the roof. And a black gutter trim to match, which ensures the water always runs into the gutter.
